Nothing new with me.
Worked.

Painted my toenails.
Watched The Office.
Blogged.
Talked to my sister.
Did Laundry.

Who says living in MX isn't exciting?!

I thought that Hurricane Season was "over".

Yeah, right.

As you can see above, Sergio (which has now been upgraded to a hurricane) is heading directly toward us. Judging by the map above, it should get to us right around Wed. (When the mom, the little sister and the husband will be arriving.)

Allegedly, Sergio has strengthened quickly but is moving slowly.

Fun fact: Each time I've returned from Toledo, or that someone comes to visit me -- there's a hurricane!

Freedom

For the first time in my life, I feel like I'm doing what I want to do.

I'm living my life for myself and for my husband.

And, I'm happy.

It is a an invigorating, energizing and amazing feeling -- to get up, like your job and be proud that you're trying something new.
I only wish that my loved ones can experience a contentedness like this. Change is not for everyone, but everyone does have choices. I'm glad we made this one.

Yeah, there are a ton of things that are unresolved right now.
Yeah, there isn't a lot of certainty right now.
Yeah, it's a transitional period, but I ask for your understanding.

In no way am I attempting to ignore or vanish from the relationships that I hold so dear, instead... I am, we are, getting our lives together.

The logistics and complications that are involved with this transition are sometimes overwhelming and weigh heavy--however, they're temporary. Truly.

I appreciate any and all of the support that you've given to myself and C.

Thank you for your patience and unconditional love.

I'm back in Cabo.
Guess what I brought with me? Another tropical storm.
Never fails.
I get here... BAM! A tropical storm and/or "hurricane."
What? I'm expecting a visitor to come and see me?
BAM! Another tropical storm. ("Sergio." What a stupid name.)

Next Wed. my little sister and my Mom are arriving at 2:30.
Next Wed. my husband is arriving at noon.
--
Will they make it?
We.shall.see.
--
UGH.

We do have some time before then, so it'll be interesting to see what happens.

Me

I'm back from Ohio.
It was a whirl-wind visit. Flew in Thursday night, left for Cinci Friday a.m., (my friend B. got married), had the rehearsal stuff on Friday, got the computer fixed, had the wedding on saturday, picked up the computer, shopped for necessities and had a quiet "with-my-husband" dinner, got back to Toledo late Sunday night, ran one million errands and got my life together on Monday, and packed and left early this a.m.

I'll post more later.
